The PRINCE2® 7th Edition Practitioner course is an advanced training designed to show you how to adapt and apply the PRINCE2 methodology across different project types and environments. It builds on the Foundation level and prepares you to achieve certification at the higher Practitioner level.

Throughout the training, you will deepen your understanding of how PRINCE2 works in practice and get ready for the official exam that concludes the course. To ensure the best possible preparation, the program includes a set of practice exams divided into six modules, each followed by feedback, group discussion, and clarifications.

Who should attend?

This course is intended for project managers and professionals who want to advance their skills and earn a certification that validates their ability to manage projects using the PRINCE2 methodology.

Purpose and learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to help you obtain the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. By the end of the training, you will:

  • Apply PRINCE2 principles, themes, and processes in real project situations.
  • Adapt the methodology to different types of projects and organizational contexts.
  • Confidently lead and deliver successful projects using PRINCE2 at Practitioner level.

Prerequisites

To attend this course, you need to hold one of the following certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP)® or IPMA.

Because of this requirement, many participants choose to complete both Foundation and Practitioner in the same training week, which covers both exams. Alternatively, Foundation can be taken first and Practitioner at a later stage.
