Session 1: Getting Started with ChatGPT

    • Difference between a „question“, „instruction“, and „role-based task“
    • Demonstrations

    Exercise: Participants create and test their own prompts and compare results

    Session 2: Using ChatGPT in Daily Life and Work

    • Practical use cases:
      • Administration: letters, reports, meeting notes
      • Education: lesson plans, quizzes, simplified explanation
      • Marketing: product descriptions, posts
    • Tools and features: formatting, tone, style, file/image interaction

    Exercise: Participants solve a task related to their profession using ChatGPT

    Session 3: The Art of Prompt Engineering

    • What is prompt engineering and why it matters
    • Prompt templates:
      • “Act as…” (Role prompting)
      • “Think step by step” (Chain of thought)
      • “Format the answer as…”
    • Controlling length, tone, structure
    • Limitations and ethical workarounds

    Exercise: Create a complex prompt, then improve it in pairs


    Session 4: What ChatGPT Can and Can’t Do

    • Strengths and limitations (accuracy, realism, bias)
    • Ethics, privacy, copyright concerns
